A third-generation San Franciscan, Bradley serves as a trusted advisor to owner/investors, buyers, and sellers across the Bay Area, helping navigate the complex local landscape with broad expertise in portfolio management, transactions, and property development. A graduate of Lowell High School and UC Irvine, Bradley lives in the Sunset district with his wife and kids.

David Noily

Partner / Field Operations

Born in Cole Valley and raised in Marin, David brings over a decade of property management experience for his clients. He values portfolios as lifelong investments and is committed to optimizing their operations through high-touch, attentive care. A UCLA graduate, he returned to the Bay Area to be closer to his family in Marin and Berkley - and to find and marry his wife, Helen, a fellow SF native. They live in the Richmond district with their dog-daughter Colby and newborn daughter Aviva.
